RATINGS

92The Wine Advocate

...generous bouquet of buttered apples, citrus zest, white flowers and a lavish framing of nutty new oak. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, rich and flavorful with a textural attack, chewy mid-palate and succulent acids...finish is long and racy...

91Wine Spectator

There is a high level of toast and oiliness here, lending spicy, nutty components to the core of apple and citrus fruit. Turns a little less intense on the finish, but lingers nicely.

91Vinous / IWC

...extremely rich, almost decadent bouquet that translates the warmth of the growing season...palate is likewise rich and slightly honeyed in texture; to pull this off, it would have needed more natural acidity toward the finish...
