RATINGS

93+ Stephen Tanzer

Precise, high-pitched aromas of minerals, green apple and spearmint, with complicating notes of smoke and wet stone. Big and rich... with youthfully unevolved flavors of pineapple and minerals. Very long and powerful on the finish.

92The Wine Advocate

Smoked minerals are found in the aromatics of the 2000 Chablis Bougros Cote Bouguerots. Medium-bodied, with outstanding depth and purity, it is a detailed, yet rich, wine loaded with white fruits, flint, and minerals.

Like all the Chablis vineyards, it is planted exclusively to Chardonnay.
