Aromas of black cherry, currant, tobacco, Oriental spices and nutty oak. Sweeter and thicker than the Echezeaux, with a more floral character. Ripe, harmonious acidity frames and carries the fruit.
...Hint of cherry with some sweet candied violets. Sweet and light and flirtatious with a kick of acidity...fan of flavours on the finish – cherries and mulberries. Very very long...opens up in the glass to be thoroughly convincing.
