White peach, apricot and nut oils along with a more exotic note of quince on the nose. Then chewy, concentrated and rich, with superb acids giving it terrific inner-mouth lift.

Les Pucelles a 12.3-acre Premier Cru vineyard in the Puligny-Montrachet appellation in Burgundy’s Cote de Beaune. It is just north of Batard-Montrachet. Clive Coates has written that Les Pucelles is “frequently is a very delicious wine, all silk, flowers and fragrance.”
