Needs air to reveal its lime blossom, apple and mineral aromas and flavors. Still taut and vibrant, with a lively structure, ending with a lingering shimmer of citrus and stone.
A little reduced. Then great richness and pleasure. Round and ripe yet wonderfully savoury and structured. Should provide lots of pleasure.
