RATINGS

93Vinous / IWC

...fresh cherry, dark berries, rose oil and peppery spices, along with subtle earth and savory herb nuances. Round and seamless in texture, offering lively blackberry and bitter cherry flavors that pick up licorice and bitter chocolate notes on the back half. Shows sharp definition and spicy lift on the impressively persistent finish...

91Wine Spectator

Focused and well-built, with broad black raspberry, pepper and black tea flavors that take on richness toward refined tannins.

91Wine Enthusiast

Think cherry pie fruit with a touch of pastry crust and you've got a handle on this tasty wine. The acids add citrus highlights, principally pineapple, and the tannins have a hint of green tea astringency.

90+ The Wine Advocate

...on the nose over dark notes of bramble berry, forest floor, tar and meaty hints. Medium to full-bodied, it features black cherries and currants in the mouth with herbal accents, a firm frame of grainy tannins and refreshing acidity, finishing long and earthy.
