...different beasty offering more Paso Robles red, blue, and black fruits as well as ample Syrah peppery, violet, and gamey nuances. It's full-bodied, has a concentrated, layered mouthfeel, ripe, polished tannins, and flawless overall balance.
...understated yet remarkably pretty, showing dark raspberry, crushed rocks and hints of lavender...tapers off staining and potent, much more integrated than the last time I tasted it, with crunchy tannins and an air of licorice that lingers on and on. Stunning.
Bold aromas of roasted meat, charred berries and a pinch of rosemary...palate is thick and viscous in texture, offering flavors of blackberry, black plum, vanilla and delicate clove.

Aromas of blackberries, dark cherries, dried herbs, stones, roasted meat and some baking spices. Medium body with powdery tannins. Round and generous with loads of creamy berries that linger to the end. Some peppercorns come through in the rich and slightly chewy finish.
