Five Sons is a small, two-family operation in St. Helena that launched with an inaugural 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon. The Perry and Curtin families have five sons between them, and the grapes are sourced from the Perry’s Two Sons Vineyard in the St. Helena district. Planted in 1997, the one-acre vineyard is just above the Grace Family Vineyard. Grapes from Two Sons were used for Grace Family blends from 2000-2007. Fewer than 200 cases of Five Sons are produced annually.
