Elizabeth Rose in Yountville is one of three labels owned by Bonded Winery #9, a family-run enterprise that traces its history to 1903, when Joseph and Mary Louise Pelissa bought 35 acres of farm land in Calistoga. The Pelissa family still operates Bonded Winery #9, which also includes the labels Ghost Block and Oakville Winery. Elizabeth Rose wines come primarily from the family's 450-acre vineyard in Yountville called Block House vineyard. Chardonnay, Merlot and Pinot Noir are made under the Elizabeth Rose label.
