Château Rayne Vigneau is a Premier Grand Cru Classe Sauternes estate. Its 207 acres is planted to 74% Semillon, 24% Sauvignon and 2% Muscadelle. In the 19th century it was nearly as famous as Château d’Yquem and it enjoys a terrific site on a high plateau of gravel and sand soil. The second wind is Madame de Rayne.
