Château Bellevue Mondotte

Chateau Bellevue Mondotte is a Grand Cru estate of the St.-Emilion. At barely 5 acres the tiny estate produces only 4,000 bottles annually, and no second wine. It was purchased in 2001 by Gerard and Chantal Perse, a couple who also own Pavie, Pavie Decesse and Monbousquet. The wine is 90% Merlot has earned outstanding reviews from Robert M. Parker Jr. and others. Parker called the 2001 Bellevue Mondotte a “tour de force in winemaking.”
