RATINGS

93Robert M. Parker Jr.

The wine exhibits sweet black cherry, raspberry, and black currant fruit intermixed with notions of camphor, incense, licorice, and subtle background oak.

91Vinous / IWC

Medicinal black fruits, apricot, licorice and a smoky nuance on the nose and palate.

TYPE

Red Wine, Syrah (Shiraz)

This grape is grown in milder climates and produces a medium-to full-bodied wine. It is also known as Shiraz, but should not be confused with Petit Sirah, which was developed by crossing Syrah with Peloursin.
