Glorious aromas of freshly picked raspberries, with tiny hints of cream and minerals. Full-bodied, with superfine tannins and a long, long finish of berries and cherries. Finest Pavillon Rouge that I have ever tasted.
..subtle aromas of dark berries, spices, cedar and lead pencil; unusually sophisticated for a second wine. Supple, dense and suave, with lovely layered texture and restrained sweetness. Very densely packed and serious for Pavillon Rouge..
...Complex, mellow nose and on the palate the tannins seem to have disappeared altogether. Medium weight, well mannered, but definitely ready to drink.
This is a second label of Château Margaux
