A discreet but still perceptible touch of wood frames aromas of apple confit, oyster shell and a whiff of olive oil character. Here too there is a fine texture to the slightly bigger and richer flavors that exude a subtle minerality on the equally powerful and lingering finish where the only reproach is a touch of warmth.
