Viticultor Goyo Garcia Viadero is an artisanal producer founded in the village of Gumiel de Mercado in 1984. The 5-acre estate was founded and is run entirely by Goyo Garcia Viadero, a vigneron and winemaker who comes from one of the most respected winemaking families in the Ribera del Duero. Viadero practices natural winemaking, adding nothing during elevage and sometimes fermenting red and white grapes together, a traditional practice in the region but one that is now largely abandoned.
