Rather inexpressive on the nose, hinting at soft citrus fruits. Then powerfully minerally in the mouth in spite of a rather silky texture, with strong acidity contributing to the impression of energy.

Clos de la Mouchere is a 10-acre Premier Cru monopole within the 21-acre Premier Cru Les Perrieres, in Puligny-Montrachet, in Burgundy’s Cote de Beaune. Clos de la Mouchere belongs to Domaine Jean Boillot of Volnay. Les Perrieres is between Les Combettes, Les Referts and Le Clavoillon.
