96The Wine Advocate

...extravagant, bold, multilayered bouquet with blackberry, wild strawberry, hints of undergrowth and light marine influences coming in to play: very complex...there is great tension and vibrancy here...

There is excellent volume and energy to the big-bodied, intense and overtly muscular flavors that terminate in a mineral-driven, dusty and beautifully long finish... A first-class beauty...

Red Wine, Pinot Noir, Grand Cru

This red wine is relatively light and can pair with a wide variety of foods. The grape prefers cooler climates and the wine is most often associated with Burgundy, Champagne and the U.S. west coast. Regional differences make it nearly as fickle as it is flexible.
