Pure aromas and flavors of cassis, blackberry, licorice and bitter chocolate. Dense and silky in the mouth, but with very good energy and sappy sweetness. Seriously chewy wine with good stuffing.
...very cool red and black pinot fruit leads to markedly finer middle weight flavors that brim with a lovely minerality. There is plenty of verve to the saline-inflected finish that is shaped by ripe and sophisticated tannins.
Rich dark fruit aroma and spice. Pretty oaky on the palate. Tightly but finely structured.
