The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, a fine bead of acidity, taut and fresh and I do think those stems lend more freshness on the finish. Excellent.

The sleek, delicious and more mineral-driven middle weight flavors that possess excellent underlying tension on the relatively fine and less overtly austere finale that isn't quite as structured.
Bright cherry red. Intensely aromatic dark-red fruit. Lively contrast between sweet fruit and fresh acidity, almost sweet/sour, a touch of vanilla. Lots of energy. Really fresh and moreish, the chalky tannins also seeming to add freshness. So juicy and delicious, good length, marked freshness on the finish.
