...lovely bouquet with red berry fruit, undergrowth, just a touch of stem addition here, though simpatico with the fruit. The palate is beautifully-defined with vivacious red fruit, more precision and focus compared to the La Perrière with a tender, lingering finish. Bon vin!
...ripe and very fresh aromas of cassis, herbal tea and a whiff of the sauvage. There is that beguiling sense of underlying tension to the detailed and overtly mineral-driven flavors that culminate in a balanced and youthfully austere finish where the wood again slowly emerges. Solid quality here.
