The palate has a tightly interlaced mix of savory and fruit character, while dry, stony minerals wrap around restrained lime and apple fruits together with some spiced custard and cream and subtle vanilla spices...fine acidity, pastry-like layering and good depth.
Shows a lovely mix of power and elegance, with subtle lemon curd, toasted herb, lime zest and hazelnut flavors, set against a backdrop of vibrant acidity that adds clarity to the nuances.
