Sweet, supple in feel, the Dolinsek deftly balances super-ripe fruit with bright, salivating acidity. That push and pull makes the Dolinsek one of the most alluring, captivating wines in this range. In a word: superb! The Dolinsek is mostly Zinfandel, with a good bit of Petite Sirah, Alicante Bouschet, Barbera, Syrah and a handful of other varieties.
