...very well defined bouquet... The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, very fine acidity, harmonious from start to finish with a caressing dark cherry and mulberry finish that lingers in the mouth.
Vibrant red and dark berry and Asian spice aromas carry a hint of musky earth. Sweet and incisive, offering palate-staining blackberry and boysenberry flavors and a late touch of bitter chocolate. Supple tannins give shape to the mineral-driven, sharply focused finish, which hangs on with excellent tenacity and building sweetness.
The freshness and balance to this are very impressive with floral and berry character. Medium-bodied, clean and crisp. Lovely center palate of lemons and strawberries. Balanced and very pretty.
