The well-concentrated mid-palate is quite round and supple though the focus is maintained as there is an underlying firm spine of acidity on the superbly intense and strikingly persistent finish.
Refined aromas of orange, acacia flower and spices. Then penetrating, quite dry and backward in the mouth, with great finesse to its flavors of citrus peel, licorice, spices and minerals.
This producer now sells its wines under the name Domaine Francois Raveneau.
