Estimate
Very pure, with fine intensity and bright lemon, honey and mineral flavors. It's impeccably balanced and its richness is offset by keen acidity. It really builds on the palate to a long, mineral-tinged finish. More about the place than the grape.
The Montmains comes across as quite generous and sensual, with hints of white peaches, flowers and mint that caress the palate on the polished finish.
...the aromatic profile is dominated by dried floral and light spice notes...bigger, richer and more concentrated medium-bodied flavors that are notably rounder than usual...wrapped in a seductively textured and distinctly saline finish...
