RATINGS

93The Wine Advocate

Lush, medium-bodied, and velvety-textured, this plump, jammy wine reveals superb depth of fruit. Loads of spice-laden cherries, flowers, and juniper berries are found throughout its concentrated, delineated personality.

91-93Stephen Tanzer

Slightly reduced aromas of cassis, violet, bitter chocolate, espresso, and nutty, spicy oak...Subtle hints of minerals and spices.

TYPE

Red Wine, Pinot Noir, Grand Cru

This red wine is relatively light and can pair with a wide variety of foods. The grape prefers cooler climates and the wine is most often associated with Burgundy, Champagne and the U.S. west coast. Regional differences make it nearly as fickle as it is flexible.
