Estimate
The palate is well-balanced with a discreet spicy opening that dovetails into a pure, quite tensile midpalate. There is a sense of fullness to this Meursault, which displays impressive amplitude toward the persistent finish.
There’s richness to this wine with praline notes, as well as lightly spiced biscuits and lemons. The palate has fluid, appealing charm and is really plush and bright, as well as fleshy.
Relatively generous wood and vanilla influences can be found on the essence of pear liqueur aromas that are cut by hints of hazelnut and soft spice wisps.
Gorgeous aroma of creamed pears. Bone dry but broad across the palate. Deeply, firmly textured. Lovely wine with a long future even with moderate acidity.
