...fresh, vibrant bouquet that really articulates the Cabernet Franc in a Chinon style. The palate is medium-bodied with dry tannin and a little reserved and austere at first, opening with classic bell-pepper-tinged Cabernet Franc fruit and closing with a touch of cracked black pepper on the finish. Excellent.
So perfumed! Beautiful black-olive bitterness. Superb – just so intricate, and with easy drinkability and effortless length. Serious yet super-fun too. Liquid joy!
