RATINGS

93-95Burghound.com

...earthy red berry fruits that emphasize the underlying minerality before dissolving into rich, textured and supple medium full-bodied flavors that possess outstanding intensity and a powerful and stunningly long finish.

91-93The Wine Advocate

A deep meatiness and pungent spiciness unite with sweet richness of fruit on the palate, leading to a staining intensity of bitter-sweet black cherry, licorice, meat juices and cassis in a full-throttle finish.

88-91Stephen Tanzer

Superripe aromas of black cherry, chocolate, licorice and game. Sweet and broad, with the rich chocolatey character following through in the mouth.
