RATINGS

93Wine Spectator

Suggests apple, fig and citrus aromas and flavors, but is really about mineral, energy and fine balance. Everything is in the right proportion, and it glides to a long, detailed aftertaste.

90Stephen Tanzer

Complex, precise aromas of apricot, mirabelle , honey and smoke. Silky, fat and full if quite dry; considerably richer than the young 2003, with sound framing acidity. Finishes very long, with a subtle whiplash of flavor.

90Burghound.com

This is more elegant than usual on the nose with lovely white flower and peach aromas that blend into round, sweet, nicely plump and remarkably fresh middle weight flavors that display real verve and fine finishing complexity.

88-90The Wine Advocate

Offers fresh talcum powder, white flower, and mineral aromas. Light to medium-bodied and satiny-textured, it is lush, deep, rich, and well-focused. Candied minerals are intermingled with flowers in its flavor profile.
