RATINGS

96The Wine Advocate

..great balance between the richness of the fruit, floral aromatics & minerality. The Cote Bouguerots is utterly vivid and compelling from the very first taste. Layers of fruit build to the huge, caressing finish. It's one of the stand outs

96Burghound.com

...There is terrific cut and precision to the pure, tight and chiseled medium-bodied flavors that culminate in a bone dry and driving finish of superb length. A stunner of a wine with extraordinary aging potential.

94+ Stephen Tanzer

... pure nose is dominated by flinty, smoky minerality, with fruit in the deep background. Boasts lovely texture and sucrosite, with terrific cut to its juicy lemon and stone flavors...

Oak a little more noticeable than on the Valmur. Cedary steely citrus and a steely core through the middle. Very well sustained and harmonious. (JH)
