Citrus peel, dried flowers, chamomile, sage and mint add a distinctly savory quality to this broad, beautifully structured Chardonnay. The Belle-Fille seems to benefit from the diversity created through a mix of Calera, Hudson, Hyde and Montrachet clones.
Juicy, filled with red peach and Fuji apple flavors that are backed by bright acidity. Tangerine and spice notes show on the finish.
