On the palate, this is a tightly woven, intense and structured Moelleux with very fine, mealy tannins and lush, generously sweet fruit balanced by mineral tension, freshness and, again, fine tannins. Very long and complex.
Orange peel, crystallised ginger and spices, exquisite acid and sugar combination. Superbly lengthy and probably indestructible. Waves of flavour in almost relentless force.
