Estimate
Opulent, sporting a broad swath of peach, apple, honey and spice flavors across the palate, well-supported by tangy acidity. Hangs around on the finish for a long time, echoing ripe fruit and spice notes. Excellent length.
A well-layered nose combines notes of petrol, smoke and a nicely broad range of white orchard fruit scents. The mouth feel of the medium weight flavors is also really quite seductive thanks to the abundance of sappy dry extract
Hints of clear honey, candy floss and almond. The palate is fresh and vibrant with crisp acidity, the oak showing through a little more than other cuvées, but with satsifying weight and length on the walnut-tinged finish.
Nose dominated by nectar of yellow peach. A step up in texture and ripeness from the Abbaye de Morgeot, displaying more body and flesh and a higher-alcohol impression without coming across as flabby.
