RATINGS

93Wine Spectator

This smoky, fluid style, featuring macerated cherry, floral, mineral and bacon fat aromas and flavors, is juicy up front, firming up but overall revealing fine balance. The long, chalky, mouthwatering finish bodes well for the future.

92Burghound.com

There is a good level of ripeness to the very seductive, even opulent medium weight plus flavors that possess lovely complexity and fine length on the firm but well-balanced finale.

TYPE

Red Wine, Pinot Noir, Grand Cru

This red wine is relatively light and can pair with a wide variety of foods. The grape prefers cooler climates and the wine is most often associated with Burgundy, Champagne and the U.S. west coast. Regional differences make it nearly as fickle as it is flexible.
