Tom Eddy is a Calistoga-based artisanal producer founded in 1989 by winemaker Tom Eddy. Eddy is a University of California at Davis trained winemaker who worked for numerous Napa Valley wine producers before starting his own label and working as a wine consultant. Working with his wife, Tom Eddy sources grapes from Napa Valley, Oregon, and California’s North and Central Coast. The estate makes Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Malbec and Petit Verdot. In partnership with a vineyard owner in New Zealand, Tom Eddy also makes Sauvignon Blanc. Tom Eddy produces 1,500 cases of wine annually.
