WineBid.com auction features 3,000-bottle collection from world's most prestigious wineries

The collection was amassed over 33 years by a midwestern connoisseur and is valued at a minimum of $250,000. This classic collection includes mostly red wines from the world's most prestigious producers in France, Italy and the United States. Included are such critically acclaimed French wines as Châteaux Latour, Lafite-Rothschild, Pétrus, Cheval Blanc and Margaux from 1982 and 1990; and noteworthy Burgundies including 1985 La Tâche from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti.
