...superb precision and minerality on the nose with just a hint of blackberry leaf creeping in. The palate has a spicy opening.. Good substance on the finish that lingers in the mouth almost like a Chassagne. Very fine.
Pear, menthol, hawthorn and acacia flower on the youthful nose. Rich, fine-grained and pliant, showing captivating sweetness... creamy flavors of wet stone and lemon. Finishes a tad warm but with lovely floral persistence...
