Château La Tour de Mons is a 120-acre Cru Bourgeois estate in the northern Margaux appellation. It is a single block vineyard near the banks of the Garonne. The estate takes its name from Pierre de Mons, who acquired the property in the 17th century and is today owned by CA Grands Crus, a subsidiary of Groupe Credit Agricole. Vineyards are planted to 56% Merlot, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Petit Verdot. About 400,000 bottles are produced annually.
